Whilst watching a group of lions chase a buffalo away from there cubs a Serval emerged from the grass close to our vehicle. We only had a fleeting encounter but I had time to capture this image.

We had an amazing morning watching this mother and cub relaxing, hunting and playing. Masai Mara, Kenya
These 2 young Bulls were play fighting whilst we watched on.
A lone Jackal defends a lion kill from the encroaching vultures. Eventually the Lappet faced vultures become to aggressive for the Jackal and chase him off whilst the with backed vultures look on
We came across a kill in the Masai Mara that was being defended by a solitary Jackal from the hordes of Vultures. He successfully fended off the White Backed Vultures but the Lappet Faced Vultures moved in and attacked the poor Jackal.

We followed these 5 cheetahs for a couple of days until they singled out a full grown Willdebeast from a large herd. After a brief 15 second chase they then struggled for 15 minutes before finally bringing down the herbivore. Olare Motorogi Conservancy, Masai Mara, Kenya
We followed these 5 cheetahs for over a day before we watched them single out an adult wildebeest to hunt. I took over 15 minutes for the wildebeest to succumb to the cheetahs and provide them a well earnt meal.
As the sun goes down the Hyaenas build up the courage to chase off the cheetahs from their hard earned kill. Fortunately they had managed to hold them off and feed for an hour before they moved in.. Olare Motorogi Conservancy. Kenya.
